alice + olivia – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

It was my first time ordering from this company and I'm absolutely shocked--shocked!--by the low quality of their product compared to the sky high price. $500 for a polystery dress that looks cheaply made? Please. You guys have to be kidding yourselves. I love how the envelope says 'empowered women empower women' lol. Nothing says 'empowered' like ripping customers off, huh. Returning right away and never ordering from this place again. I don't support scam brands. Only reason I am dignifying them with 2 stars is because they made the return process fairly simple.

Customer Care Team is ungracious and doesn’t listen!! I am deeply disappointed with this company for the poor quality of customer service rep that I had interacted with!! I have spent a lot of money and time with Alice and Olivia , today the buck STOPS!!! Customer Care means nothing to them…

I was really unimpressed both by their clothing quality and customer service. I ordered a >$300 skirt that arrived with a tear in it. I contacted customer service and they took 2 days to get back to me about it, and they didn't offer any recompense to me for the inconvenience. It was very inconvenient schlepping to Fedex to return this item and I certainly don't plan to order from them again.

i have purchased many many items from alice and olivia. their customer service is pretty good if you go into their store. this review is more about the quality of their merchandise. in less than 5 wearings of VERY VERY VERY VERY pricey items, they have all fallen apart in one way or another. 1) a grommet dress. cost a fortune and one of the grommets fell off after about 3 wearings. no seamstress or cleaner would come within a foot of it because its leather. 2) a patent leather mini dress. the eyelet hook has come undone after about 4 wearings. easy fix but NOT THE POINT. 3) white leather mini has a stain on it from the stupid foam they put on the hanger to protect the skirt from hanger claw marks. instead i have black foam marks! unbelievable. i won't be shopping here pretty much ever again

1 star? How about zero. Want Covid? Buy these pieces of crap . Cute but absolutely no protection. 2 layers of thin, thin viscose (?). These aren’t for protection. They’re ffor cute. This company should be ashamed of their quest for profits over safety. I’m throwing mine away. Not even a a pocket for a filter. Hint: Honest Company makes a great mask if they’re still selling them. Or buy an FDA authorized (go to website FDA.gov for list) and wear a kn95 and stick this cute pos over it. Believe me, it has no protection. You’ll be able to breathe. And do not trust these Vogue or InStyle mask recommendations.
