Alphamarts – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Everyone was very nice and they return our questions within quick times. The packaging was a problem. We received our 4 chairs quick, but when I opened the box, I found that the card that held the screws, was cut at sometime before ordered. At on the end, we had everything we needed but finding that someone else returned the same chairs and the company should look at every thing in the box, before they send it out. The very good thing is, they are very professional. We always received from them a quit email to all of the emails we sent.

Purchased a table, chair, and umbrella set from Amazon. One of the chairs had a defect. I reached out to Alphamarts. They did not have any of the individual parts in stock, so the sent me a box with two new chairs. The set is beautiful.

Excellent service. Ordered an outside table and chairs. Unfortunately the table was damaged on one corner. Contacted Alphamarts . They quickly sent a replacement which I received in a couple of days. Staff kept me updated. Very pleased with the product. Well packed and easy to assembled. Table and chairs excellent quality. Would use this company again without hestitation. Recommended.

This is an updated review. 4th star added. Their customer service department was very responsive to a missing part & had it shipped to us within 3 weeks. We are satisfied.

When I complained about the order having a problem their was no issue who responded very quickly and sent out a replacement after I sent a photo of the item very good service and responded very quick to my email
