Placed a order and within seconds of entering a online order I realized order had a old address for shipping. Sent email and even tried live chats several times which were never answered. Finally found a number and believe it or not got a live person that I could pretty much understand. Gave me no help with changing shipping address and offered me to cancel order which i did with this person and also by email which they sent me overing refund and cancelation. Answered their email within hours off of their email. Next day they sent me a email saying they could not cancel or refund my order. Tried multiple emails and live chats again no answer on live chat. Whole experience was a joke. Worse customer service I have had. Think twice before ordering on line or change product which I have.

conditioner and hair wax are amazing. I just wish some products like the body wash could be cheaper. It's something to use daily and paying $15 in a country like Turkey is really expensive.
