So i came on here left a 1 star review as i wasnt receiving emails. However i did get a response by a guy called Milo a very helpful and kind man.My refund has been issued within 6 days of my item being returned. So im very happy with service from Milo and annie bing. 😊

I agree with Irma's review. I buy a lot of Anine Bing online and I've had a really good experience. It's true that sale stuff is non-refundable and that can be painful when it doesn't work out; however, because her sale prices are so good, I've been fortunate to be able to sell it again online and recoup most of the cost. I love Anine's designs and find her products are really good quality. I was surprised to read such negative reviews. I'm based in a small town in Canada and not only does Anine Bing pay the custom charges (even on sale items), my purchases usually arrive within a few days. Obviously, I'm a fan.

I don’t understand bad reviews. I live in a small town and buy from them online very regularly- in fact most of my wardrobe is now Anine Bing. I only had an issue once about 3- 4 years ago which they very efficiently solved and also granted me a discount on the next purchase. All the purchases I ever make on their site always arrive timely (and I live a bit in the middle of nowhere). Experience with their customer service is also fantastic- so responsive and efficient! Do not hesitate to buy from them- reliable and efficient.
