I have used different promo companies in the past for our air show swag bag items and it was always a mess. I switched to AnyPromo this year and immediately I was impressed that I received an email from an actual person and not just an automated "do not reply" blanket email. Mike Duenas managed my orders and was always quick to reply when I had a questions. He reached out right away when he noticed one of the items I ordered was on back order, to make sure that if I waited for that item it would arrive in time and that the delay wouldn't be too long. He offered a few options that were similar to what I wanted in case I needed to switch items to get it in time. I stayed with my original order and it still arrived in time! Air Show time is stressful and Mike made sure to remove any stress about my swag items by taking excellent care of me and communicating thoroughly and often!! The items I ordered came exactly as shown in the design draft, and they are all excellent quality. I am proud to give these items out as swag items to my air show performers! I will never use a different promo company again, AnyPromo will be my go to from now on!!!
