Apollo – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

These people have the most avid customer service representatives I’ve ever met. I get constant emails, they call you back if they miss a call – I cannot imagine any reason for a negative review regarding their customer service. Their device is amazing. The Apollo Neuro appears to work beautifully. I’m sure they had a lot of little bugs when they first started out but they seem to have most of them cleared up. There are a few little functionalities that it would be nice to have but this has worked perfectly for me and not only that, within two weeks my “deep sleep” as measured by the Apple Watch sleep monitoring has gone from 21 minutes per night to an hour and 12 minutes last night. In two weeks!!! My mind is blown. I have not slept well in a decade and I feel amazing this morning. The average person should get between 62 and 120 minutes of deep sleep a night and I was getting virtually none and now I’m getting a normal amount. My life has been completely transformed. I also suffer from PTSD and I believe this is working as a form of somatic therapy for that as well. My fight or flight reactions have just stopped happening. Out of the blue. I am just calm for the first time in my whole friggin life. So ignore all the negative reviews because I guarantee you they were either one offs or an older version of the application and the device. The current version works fantastic!

Like the device, but not everything is working properly and after one incomplete answer from Customer Service (I have a few issues with my device), they are not responding anymore to my reminders to answer the rest of my questions. Also, battery life is very short. The recommendation is to use it a minimum of three hours a day, but it has to be charged every day for 4 hours, which is not very handy. And if I charge it at night, I can not use the sleep function before I go to bed...

Was charged twice via PayPal. Customer service replied very quickly and clarified where it came from as it was a 2nd temp hold placed by PayPal on one order. Waiting to hear from PayPal as it was a little over $1000 withdrawn from account - but its 100% being fixed. Otherwise cant wait to use it!

The product is faulty. It is common (as happened in my case and acknowledged by the comany when I called them) for the motor to dislodge itself after 15 months or so, causing a harsh whirring noise which renders the product unusable. Customer service offered a paltry sum off my next purchase as a remedy. Entirely inappropriate - the product doesn’t work. They agreed to escalate this issue twice but of course never did, instead relying on customer apathy not to pursue them.

The Apollo Neuro appears to be a cheaply made piece of plastic that vibrates on a arm band. I paid $349 USD plus an additional $22 shipping. The product was faulty buzzing loudly so that you cannot wear it. I have been issued a refund, however not reimbursed shipping even though the product is faulty. I am short $80 AUD from this purchase. I do not recommend this product and the customer service was a poor. Apparently it’s not worth their while to pay for return shipping to the US from Australia which says a lot about how much they pay to produce the cheap product which is sold at an exorbitant price. They have asked me to hold the product until shipping costs come down. No I am not making this up? It is a company that preys on vulnerability. A scam.
