Athleta – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I love Athleta clothing, but I have a complaint about their practices. They don’t ship receipts with online orders so when i needed to return an item, and they ask for the receipt, I said they don’t send receipts with orders. And she said the BAG IT CAME IN IS THE RECEIPT! The dirty shipping bag? Who keeps those? They’re disgusting. If she meant the plastic bags the item comes in (inside the shipping bag) 1) they don’t always send those and 2) I don’t keep those laying around either! Aren’t they suffocation hazards for humans and pets?? Just put the receipt in the bag, Athleta. Geez how hard is that. It was an inconvenience for your employee.

I can hardly believe the nasty reviews here! I've been shopping at Athleta (online and in-store) for about 8 years, and while some season's styles are more or less to my taste, their clothes consistently excel in quality and washability (they hold up like few other brands), their customer service is consistently friendly, efficient and responsive, and their culture (B corp, give it a workout return policy, sizes for all bodies, etc., etc.) is exactly in line with my own values. They have a lot of pieces that double as everyday and work wear (I live and work in Paris and their stuff is the foundation of some of my best work outfits, so not just athleisure style). I really wonder what the motivation of some of the reviewers on here is? Excellent, durable clothes from a responsible company.

I love the quality of the products and used to buy a lot from Athleta. But the styles of 2020 and 2021 are not flattering, so I buy somewhere else.

I had a very great customer service experience in The Cherry Creek Athleta Store in early August. I had returned three items that were too large and gotten three other items to replace these. When I returned to the store to purchase another of your wonderful product, a great sales associate greeted me by name! Her name is Doranne! I have always loved to work with her! She is an excellent sales associate. She called me back to the dressing room, pulled out the items I had returned and said that she didn’t think I had gotten return credit on these items! We went through the whole process of my purchases and returns. She was right! Over $100 hadn’t been credited to my account! How great this was! I am a fit pro and dress almost exclusively in your yoga clothes! How great and diligent was this for her to catch this! She was so happy that I had returned to the store so she could resolve this issue! How impressed I was and always am with Doranne! She is a gem of a sales employee! I would always give her a five star rating!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would say that Athleta is like a more affordable Lululemon; they have extremely similar designs and items, but Athleta is definitely cheaper. I especially love their leggings, which are great for work outs or lounging in. Super good quality!
