I ordered SIX chatbooks the week before mother's day and received all of them two days before mother's day. Amazing price and speed!! The quality is honestly impressive, especially for how fast they came. The pictures are clear and the pages are a thick photo paper. I got hardcover books and they are clearly bound well and made to last. Four stars only because all of my pull page pictures looked like maybe the printer ink was either a little low or just not as saturated so the color wasn't as bold as I was hoping - but still good quality and clear pictures! I am also so impressed with customer service and always received prompt and kind support when I needed it while designing and ordering my books. I LOVE chatbooks and have at least a dozen more projects I am excited to finish and order!!

I am very impressed with the quality of the finished book. The quality of the prints and binding is very good! So happy. My constructve comment would be the ability to see each page magnified, it is hard to see the detail of the photo and the date stamp. Otherwise this is a beautiful souvenir.

Chatbooks is very easy to use. I made 2 books for my graduating seniors. I love the collage feature. Picture quality was great, except for the 1 picture that I had to take a picture of because I didn't have an electronic version of it.
