Ich kann nicht verstehen warum hier so schlechte Bewertungen stehen. Habe zwei Taschen, eine ist seit längerem jeden Tag in Benutzung und beide sehen immer noch top aus. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinen Taschen, bekomme jetzt dritte geschenkt 🤩👍

It feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers, and I can't help but feel deceived by Coach. To make matters worse, after reaching out to their customer service for clarification, I have been met with a frustrating lack of responsiveness. It has been four weeks since I first contacted them, and all I've received are generic emails promising updates without any real information. This prolonged silence only adds to my frustration and leaves me questioning Coach's commitment to customer satisfaction. What concerns me the most is the apparent disregard for resolving the issue properly. Instead of addressing the problem and providing a satisfactory solution, Coach has simply suggested returning the item for a refund. This leaves me wondering if this is a new tactic to keep people's money without taking responsibility for their mistakes. As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and efficient customer service when issues arise. Coach's failure to meet these basic expectations has left me feeling incredibly let down. Their lack of communication and willingness to resolve the problem is both disheartening and unprofessional. I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that others can make informed decisions. It is important for consumers to be aware of the potential pitfalls of ordering from Coach, especially if they value accurate product descriptions, quality materials, and reliable customer support. In conclusion, I strongly advise against making purchases from Coach until they demonstrate a genuine commitment to addressing customer concerns and improving their overall customer experience.

Firstly the price is great with extra 20 % off. Delivery was tracked and received in less than a week. Package was lovely. Dust bag included and the bag is beautiful. So all in all I am extremely happy. I did panick when I saw these reviews after my purchase, but there was absolutely no need to. 5 star
