Looking at all of the bad reviews I feel an obligation to share my good experiences with Corsair. I know I've already left a good review about their customer support before, but I wanted to come back here once more after another 2 good encounters. 2 separate occasions where I needed parts that Corsair sadly don't sell anymore. Both times I was willing to pay money. Both times they provided the items at no cost. Absolutely brilliant customer support and a definite recommendation from me to my peers.
Ich habe von Corsair das Crystal 680X Gehäuse und ich muss sagen,die Qualität ist Top.Da können andere Hersteller nicht mit halten.Nichts wackelt und alles passt und die LL120mm Lüfter sind super und machen auch keine Probleme.Die iCUE Software funktioniert einwandfrei.Ich kann Corsair nur weiter Empfehlen.
Anfangs hat der Support etwas auf sich warten lassen aber dann wurde persönlich und sehr freundlich reagiert. Haben wohl viel zu tun. Aber innerhalb von 2 Tagen war dann ein Ticket erstellt und bekomme meinen defekten Speicher getauscht.
I can't speak within warranty period but I can tell you that it is impossible to get spare parts for the Corsair One systems after warranty. Need to replace the AIO CPU cooler (the Corsair one model is different from the one the sell separately but still corsair made) Corsair helpdesk feedback 'we have no replacement parts' and 'bring it to a pc repair shop'. Still wondering what a pc repair shop can do without being able to order the AIO CPU cooler. Never experienced such a lack of overall customer support for such an expensive pc. Update: it seems my ticket was raised to a next layer (following my review) and I've received confirmation that they are able to send over the part to me. Updated to 2 stars as I now seem to have a potential solution, will update again once I have the piece actually in my hands Update March 23th: Just reacting on reply from Corsair that the package is delayed in transit. Update March 27th: I finally received the package with my requested spare part from Corsair. Package looks completed with all nicely included, inclusive of all cables and mounting brackets needed to replace the damaged part. As my original review was focussed on the lack of being able to get the needed spare parts and Corsair delived, I'm updating my review to 4 stars. In summary: I would have had an excellent customer experience if Corsair's tier 1 support layer would have been so helpfull as their tier 2 support. (it was day and night difference). I'm very thankfull for them to step in and act so quickly and professional in finding a solution for me. But on that note: Corsair, please train your tier 1 layer on providing this same level of customer oriented support as this is what customers remember and will take into account when they are going to buy a new PC or computer part.
Dropped my K57 on tile the first day I had it and shattered the palm rest cause I'm a clumsy oaf, told the customer service agent this and they sent our a replacement instantly. Really impressed.

I had ordered a 4000d RGB case which has a front glass panel, the 4000d airflow version has a metal mesh, which I liked the appearance of a lot. So I sent an email asking if I could be sent that part as well. The customer service was swift and they sent me the metal panel when they really didn't have to. Thanks corsair!
I had made a mistake when I purchased my keyboard and I threw away my wrist rest. I could not find the rests online for sale for my specific keyboard so I reached out to Corsair to see if I could purchase one from them. Not only did they send me one for free, it also arrived within a few days! I am very impressed and have not received customer service like this in a long time!
Have made two orders in total. All items have always on time and in good condition. Also Scan (UK) are used for RMA purposes, and I have zero issues in that regard, even with using a ram stick for one day. No idea what this other fella is talking about, must of dealt with a rubbish adviser.
Einfach top! Ich liebe die Qualität der Tastaturen! Und der Support ist sehr hilfreich. Ich hatte eine Tastatur die knapp 2 Jahre alt war, bei der die Handballenablage durch Materialschwäche immer wieder abgegangen ist. Zugriff auf den Amazon-Account mit dem gekauft wurde bestand nicht mehr und daher hatte ich auch keinen Nachweis. Der Support hat mir ohne Probleme und ohne Kosten eine neue Handballenablage geschickt! Die Reaktionszeit dabei war super schnell! Habe mittlerweile eine neue Corsair-Tastatur weil ich nicht widerstehen konnte. Bin sehr zufrieden. Es gibt Firmen da hält man die Tastatur in der Hand und es ist ein großer Haufen Plastik und danach fühlt es sich auch an. Das Problem hatte ich bei Corsair noch nie und das obwohl bei der letzten auch überwiegend Plastik verbaut war! Immer wieder, nur noch Corsair für meine Tastatur! Ebenso die Kühlung und die Lüfter sind super!
