I was really happy with the care the company took to make sure I received great printed shirts. The site was easy to use and the shirt quality is fantastic.
Everything went well with the order. When I received the shirts the printing looked great however they didn’t print the words on the sleeve. I called and they immediately kicked into gear to make it right. No questions asked, they fixed it and shipped overnight so I had them in time for my event.
The design process and product selection was easy. I liked the variety of artwork and fonts provided to customize my design. Overall an A+ rating!

Creating the design and placing the order was very easy. The collection of clip art that is available makes creating fun designs even more fun. Additionally, I needed to change the quantity of shirts ordered after I submitted the initial order and a customer service rep got in touch with me quickly and made the change. It was easy and the order turned out perfect. The shirts were a big hit!

This company is doing well in customer service. After placing my order there was a notice about the colors not being able to show on the black cloth so I called Custom Ink and was quickly connected with a representative, Cat Q. (Custom Ink Satisfaction Associate). She explained the issue to me and even brought up how the image quality of my design was blurry and talked me through some suggestions. We stayed connected over email and helped me throughout the process. I was genuinely surprised as I thought such a big company wouldn't care too much about the design or quality. And the production turn around was on time and everyone loved their shirts! Everything from the design process to delivery was as smooth as can be!
