The whole purchase process was pretty much straightforward and easy from beginning to end. It was really easy finding tickets that suits my needs and budget. The seat view is a really nice feature. It helped me a lot choosing my tickets. I had a little issue with the tickets barcode (it wasn't appearing due to a bug). I contacted customer support right away and they fixed the problem in minutes. It was a flawless transaction and customer service. A+

Reba customer service. Ensuring we got tickets to the event. Temporarily take ownership to the tickets. so once a customer purchases the tickets. You are the middle man. You guarantee the money get to the seller and the buyer has the tickets and doesn't need to wait for the seller to accept and send. The price is set. this isn't like buying a house and worrying about bidding wars.

The App is very user-friendly and they were very efficient sending an email with my tickets right after I purchased them. I would absolutely use them again.
