Frustrating attempt to correct a shipping address error after the order was placed through glasses.com. Could not be fixed just 2 hours after the order was placed. UPS to the rescue. Otherwise a good experience and nice glasses.

This is the best experience I have had with shopping onine for glasses and I have tried a couple of websites. They look exactly like they appear in the virtual try-on but better. It is burberry so they were a little more expensive but the plastic is nice and thick, and sturdy. In the event that you cannot get to an eye doctor for a checkup in time the nicer brands like these last for years and are great back-ups if you lose your new prescription. These glasses give the look of being "academic" and sophisticated in a less pretentious way as tortoise shell can do. The shape is also meant to contour or enhance your nose and eyes so they are a little unique in that way but it worked perfectly.

I had a good experience with choosing and purchasing my new glasses with the help of my insurance on the website.

I gave glasses.com 4 stars mainly because they refunded me for glasses that were stolen off my porch, and I recognize not a lot of businesses would do that. I will say their customer service is hit or miss, I’ve had better luck talking over live chat versus email. They have a good glasses selection but it’s hard to fully know the size of the glasses you’re getting - I had to return a pair because they were huge on me compared to the pictures and the try on via webcam. I also received those glasses in 2 days, which was the fastest I’ve ever received glasses when ordering online. Just my experience, but I do greatly appreciate their refund of my stolen package - relieved immense stress.

They have a great selection of name brands. The order process is very easy and the website is very informative.

I got a beautiful pair of transition glasses using my insurance. It was easy, the selection is great. Only negative was it took over 2 weeks to get them. I will next year's benefits to get another pair which I have already picked out.

The online mirroring to try on glasses was excellent. Glasses fit just as I hoped. Glasses came in clean and without any kind of blemishes. Shipping was fast. Great experience.

I received excellent customer service for both the customer service for notifying the company of a faulty product and the replacement of that product. The issue was quickly addressed and product was quickly received.

I've used them twice and both experiences were pleasant and my glasses were perfect upon arrival

My husband and I both got glasses. The exact same pairs/prescriptions at Lens Crafters was 40% more. We also got them in less than a week. They came with a very nice case and cleaning cloth. We couldn't be happier.
