My ring is absolutely beautiful and the employees at the Oglethorpe Mall location went above and beyond outstanding customer service!! I am beyond delighted!!

The customer service Sean Riley, the manager of the Chapel Hills Mall store, gave us was outstanding. He completely blew our socks off. I took my wife's quartz watch in to Kay Jewelers to have them replace the battery. Unfortunately, as they were putting the back on the watch, they cracked the crystal. Accidents can happen. That's they they are called accidents. Sean immediately said he would have it fixed, but that it would be a couple of weeks before it would be ready. After a few weeks, I called the store. Sean apologized for not having called me and said that Kay had to send the watch back to the manufacturer because it had a unique crystal that Kay didn't stock. He said the manufacturer told him the watch wouldn't be ready for another three weeks. When I checked back about three weeks later, Sean told me he had not heard from the manufacturer yet, and that he would check. A week later, he said the manufacturer couldn't give him a new schedule for when my wife's watch might be ready. At this point I suggested it might be time to be thinking about a replacement rather than a repair. Sean apologized for the accident and for the delay and offered to replace the watch with one that Kay Jewelers carried. He offered to let us come into the store to see what he had or to go online and pick out a watch. He was most generous about the price of watches he suggested we should look at. We went online and my wife picked out three possible watches to look at. I called Sean and told him. He asked what our first choice was and, since he didn't have it in the store, he ordered it to be sent to him from Denver. Two days later, he called to let me know the watch was in. We drove to the store from our home in the mountains so my wife could look t the watch in person. When she saw it, she said it wasn't quite like pictures online in that it was a much "rosier" rose gold color than she had expected. Ryan said that he wanted her to be pleased above all He asked what she was looking for and brought out two other watches that he had in the store that met her general description. Again he, emphasized that he wanted her to be happy with any replacement watch she chose and apologized, profusely, for the accident and the delays. It turned out that she said one of the watches we "perfect". It was one of the three that she had picked out online. Sean said that "perfect" was what he was hoping to be able give her and that he was glad she was so pleased. As I said, accidents happen. It was unfortunate that the crystal on her original watch was broken, but I can't think of any way Sean (and Kay Jewelers) could have handled it in a more customer friendly and professional manner. It was obvious that Sean's highest priority was to, not just keep a customer happy, but to delight his customer. And that is just what he did. It is really refreshing to be able to work with someone who has that attitude. Sean is to be commended My wife and I really appreciate him going the extra mile to delight his customers.

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU! to Keith from the Kay Jewelers in Lexington, KY. Keith took the design I pictured in my head and made my Mickey Mouse diamond stud nose ring. I cannot wait until Christmas when I can put it in, my nose will be healed by then. Keith is an AWESOME asset to Kay Jewelers! :)

I do not like going into stores to shop because of the way that I have often been treated. However, that changed when I walked into the SouthPark Kay Jewelers store. If I am not greeted within the first 30 seconds I will turn around and leave a store, which I have done PLENTY of times, but not at their store. I was acknowledged the moment I walked in. Even those helping others acknowledged me. I was helped right away!! All of my questions were answered. I had amazing conversations with Nathan and Samuel. My experience was so great that I now drive the 22 miles (passing another mall) to get to SouthPark mall. Another great experience was when Andrea and Amanda assisted my 2 sisters and I. We prefer when we don't feel pressured to buy anything. Not once has Nathan, Samuel, Andrea or Amanda made my sisters and I feel uncomfortable when not purchasing. Thanks to Nathan I now have my own Kay's credit card. He has educated me on LeVian, which is my next purchase. I am grateful for that staffs well training, but I am truly grateful for whoever hired them because they definitely have themselves a winning team!

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with the customer service that I received from Ashley Rivera from the Kay Jewelers @ American Dream Mall in Rutherford, NJ. Our interactions were all over the phone but she went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and was looking for. She was diligent on researching the best options for me. She was constantly in communication with me and always delivered what she promised. The best part is that she did this on one of the busiest weekends for Kay Jewelers! From our first conversation…she stated that her main objective was that she wanted me to be happy with my purchase. By the end of our interaction, I felt that not only will I be going to Ashley for all of my Jewelry needs but I also felt that I found a new friend. Ashley ordered my custom piece and I’m so excited and looking forward to meeting her in person❤️! Kay Jewelers is blessed to have such a dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and caring employee! Recently I had to have my Movado repaired and took it to Kay Jewelers on Sunset Blvd in Lexington, SC. From the first day I received outstanding customer service from the Associates and the store manager. I wish they could be bottled and distributed for anyone doing their job everywhere.
