KEURIG – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My water reservoir started leaking and I called keurig customer service ans they were amazing they are actually sending me a new reservoir no charge no shipping fees I will definitely be calling them for all my Keurig needs

My Keurig stopped functioning after 3 months. Costumer support was prompt to respond and understanding. After submitting the required information, I received a rejection notice. However the support staff patiently explained what was missing and showed me how to correct the issue. In no time I received a replacement. There was never a wait time when i called.

Unfortunately, the water reservoir for my Keurig K cup coffee maker was leaking. I contacted Keurig customer service, and was pleasantly surprised and how helpful the individual I spoke with was. Within a week, there was a new water reservoir at my front door. It's comforting to know that there are still companies that care about customer service.

I gave a bad review a few days ago regarding my replacement being shipped when only the shipping label had been printed. Well I must say, I’m impressed because I received the replacement Keurig today. I called them on 9/13 to left them know the Keurig stopped working and I received it tonight 9/16. I am happy. I will have my coffee ☕️ in the morning if all goes well either the replacement.

Rewards are awesome! Now sometimes Keurig isn’t the cheapest or they’re sold out of favorites, but I love the coupons and quick shipping when in need. I’ve been a customer for years now and when I’m ready for new brewers I always get 1/2 off. I have so many points that when I go to the site it sometimes feels line Christmas. I do wish they’d let you buy some things with just points, no money.
