I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing something, not to. Years ago they fulfilled orders as promised and the product was okay. Now they refuse to fill customers orders unless they're going to be making a lot of profit. They hide behind all of the small print policies they've written for their convenience. They lie...saying an order had insufficient information to fill. They claim to have not received elements of an order. They'll tell you it's out of stock. They tell customers they retain the right NOT to fill an order. HOWEVER - THEY USUALLY CHOOSE TO DO THIS IF YOU'RE USING A COUPON OF 40%, 50% OR EVEN 60%. A COUPON THEY SEND TO YOU! IF YOU PAY FULL PRICE THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE ORDER HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE. After multiple times of placing an order for a birthday gift, congratulations gift and others...and then not receiving it - I learned the hard way. They don't even have the decency to let a customer know you won't be receiving the item. They post about their "great customer support" yet it seems to be run by people who care even less. One day maybe customers will begin a Class Action lawsuit for these business people that continually do this. UNTIL THEN... BUY YOUR MEDIOCRE JEWELRY AT ANOTHER OUTLET THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.
Garbage! Ordered in late November received late December broken at the end of January. Flimsy cheap jewelry and conveniently broken right outside my 30 day window. For $5.99 via “cheque” or money order only they’ll replace my garbage necklace with another garbage necklace. Never again!

I had a discount which was the reason I ordered from this company. I placed my order May 1 and didn't receive it until June 21! About a month in I inquired and was told "as it states on our website". I placed an order for a name necklace on 8/27 . Weeks later I was given a tracking number and for days that tracking number only said label printed which means it was never shipped . They made me wait a ridiculous amount of time - 2 weeks before they would reshoot them order . After a week , I followed up , they said I would get notification of shipment … week 2 went by , I followed up and requested a refund . I was told that it had been sent to production and if wanted a refund to let them know so they could stop production but it takes 3 weeks . Well it’s been over 3 weeks …no communication from them. I have requested a refund. This is terrible customer service .
I purchased two Mother’s Day necklaces with birthstones. At least one birthstone had fallen out of each necklace. I had to return them at my cost which cost almost 1/3 of the price I paid for the necklaces as I had to buy insurance to insure the necklaces arrived so I could get a refund. Very poor refund/return experience considering it was for poor workmanship.
Very disappointed in personalized ring. Got a good discount but now I see why. No way would I have spent $80 on this. 3 initials so tiny and crammed together I can't even make out what they are with a magnifying glass. And I KNOW what they are. Slow shipping. Do not recommend.

I ordered $200 class ring for my daughter's graduation and she was never wearing it, and I asked her why, Come to find out the ring turns her fingers green She was embarrassed to tell me because she knows I spent $200 on it for her. Not as many sides to choose from as the more promoted brands but it had what we were looking for. It was about 1/3 of the cost of one's from the 2 brands sold in schools. Came out to be about $100 after a couple add ons to the $75 Groupon. It's a nice ring and a great value. I'm planning to buy my daughter's ring from them too. Delivery took 3mo but kids are in highschool for 4 years. Chill.
