Mobvoi – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

J'ai porté deux Smartwatch Samsung ces dernières années et la Ticwatch Pro 5 est a la fois mieux (en particulier autonomie) et moins chère. Commande passée directement sur le site Mobvoi et montre reçue sous 3 jours. J'avais du mal a trouver le bracelet supplémentaire et le Helpdesk a immédiatement répondue a mes questions. Cinq étoiles sans hésiter.

Prima dell'acquisto, leggendo le varie recensioni, ero un po' perplesso. Ma essendo che sono relativamente poche (le recensioni negative) ho voluto continuare con l'acquisto. Purtroppo ho avuto un problema con il prodotto, ma l'assistenza è stato veramente eccellente! Addirittura nel periodo di capodanno hanno continuato con l'assistenza. Ho effettuato un cambio e nel giro di 5 giorni avevo già il prodotto nuovo. Sono rimasto impressionato dall'allefficienza del servizio. Per mia personale esperienza posso solo consigliare l'aquisto per il servizio post vendita e ovviamente per il prodotto di ottima qualità. (TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS)

I note all of the bad reviews but honestly I don't understand them! I ordered the Mobvoi Ticwatch 5 and it arrived within 24 hours. The watch is perfect and everything I wanted. It's tracking is very accurate and it's the most similar to the apple watch I have found for android. The battery last 3 days even with all of the tracking turned on and I especially like the loew energy screen to conserve battery. It looks smart, is very tough and I have had loads of compliments. The website was easy to use and communication from Mobvoi was great. I don't understand all the negative reviews because I could fault Mobvoi at all! Even the watch charges in 45mins from meaning I'm not without it for long

My experience with the Mobvoi support is quite different to what I read all over the web - and I feel grateful for it: I bought a Ticwatch GTH as a Christmas gift for my son. It was a great value for money, compared to other similarly-priced smartwatches. However, after about 10 days, the watch wouldn't switch on / charge and it only kept its screen on for a second while plugged to its charger. I immediately contacted Mobvoi and asked for a full refund, as I feared that the repair would take ages (it was shipped from China). They proposed an exchange with a new one, which I accepted. Imagine my (and my son's) surprise when we received the replacement, only to realize that it was a (much better) brand-new Ticwatch GTH Pro! It was the best thing that could happen after the initial frustration. To make a long story short, the replacement has been working flawlessly since January and my son is excited wit hit. Kudos to the Mobvoi support team for their prompt and helpful response. Based on my experience, I am waiting to buy one of their Ticwatch 3 Pro when they finally receive the Wear OS 3 update!

I don't know why everyone is angry! Yes, there have been problems with WearOS updates. Yes, dual processor layout is more difficult to update, because it is not standard. This takes time!!! Try to do it yourself!! Some people complain about not updating older models with Snapdragon Wear 3100 or older: Google does not support those processors for WearOS 3.0. Only Snapdragon Wear 4100 and newer. This is not a Mobvoi thing, it is the same as shaming Dell/HP for not updating to Windows 11 on older models, because the processors on those machines are not supported by Microsoft. Please people, calm down! I've had up to now 2 Ticwatches, bought a new one at launch. My family all have Ticwatches and we never had any issues.
