I reached out many times for billing and renewal questions. Each time an agent would just send me links on where I can find stuff, I had already been through all of those and they were no help which is why I started a chat. Akash Salian was the first to not have a problem answering my questions. They were amazing!

I had my new website done by Network Solutions it wasn't simple at all most times I called I wasn't able to get the right help and most of the representatives didn't even wanted to change anything at all thay just wanted me to create a ticket even when it was something very small all that changed when I called and Kaitlynn D answer the call she had a phenomenal experience really giving the time to listen and do all the changes I needed and even fixing arrows on the spot that weren't done right by others she made my site faster and added some unique designs I really appreciated how professional she was and she really wanted to help me to complete my website so I had to write this review Thank you very much Kaitlynn D 5 start well deserved
