She spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone while we fathomed the problem(s) with my order (some products were unavailable; then the CC linked to my account had become invalid). She was patient with me and cheerful: answered all my questions, helped me substitute products, and got valid payment information. Thank you again, Peggie, for being so kind!

I called Customer Service today when I received my order and realized that I ordered the wrong version of Glycoflex 3 - I ordered the 'mini' and should have ordered the 'all weight ranges'. The most cheerful person answered my call - Peggy was so helpful, and happily helped me fix my error. She even checked to make sure I wasn't making another error (ordering the tablets instead of the soft chews)! Thank you Peggy!!!!!! You are great!!!!!
