Philips – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Not sure if I am in the right place. I am in Australia. My son gave me a beard trimmer for my last birthday. It wouldn't work at all so I rang Philips to see if I could get a new one on warranty. First, I got straight through to Ruth on the phone. Second, she fixed it. We went through various things - she asked me whether there was a light on the charger but there wasn't. Ruth said i could get a store refund so I went away to ring my son to find out where he bought it. I then noticed that there was a green light on the charger so i turned it on and it worked! Very happy!

I think it was the first global brand i have learned back in the day in the electronics and healthcare industry. They have such a long history in the world of innovation and quality in their quite diverse product range. I mean, they manufacture personal care products, this is where you have your electric shavers, toothbrushers.. but it does not stop here. they also produce technologically advanced medical imaging and patient monitoring systems that are used in the big hospitals. MRI machines, ultrasound devices, patient monitoring systems etc. They do a lot of LED products for homes. smart home lighting systems, you know the energy-efficient and user-friendly light-bulbs that can change color from your phone. i cannot comment a lot on those mri machines since i am not a medical professional, but their personal care and grooming products are pretty good, and still innovative! I especially love the shavers that can be used in the shower.

Philips 7900 series 65" Smart LED TV. Good so far , Great clear picture, sound superior to our old Panasonic and Excellent price . Retail experience fine. A lot of people complain about their TV's without learning how to adjust them properly .

We purchased a L'or barista coffee machine in September 2023, it broke down last weekend so I contacted L'or who put me onto Philips as they manufacture the machine. Called on Monday and spoke to a very helpful guy called Marvin who firstly did some troubleshooting by video call and determined it was broken. Next steps label sent to me, took the boxed machine to the post office on Tuesday and a new machine arrived this afternoon. I was kept informed of progress along the way and I'm so happy with the prompt, friendly and very efficient service.
