I really have had very few issues with Straight Talk and have used it for years. When I did have an issue with calls not working yet data and messages were fine, a call to customer service fixed it up right away. I continue to use it and have no plans to change.

I wanted to port my landline number from straight talk to another carrier. after almost two weeks of back and forth with customer service asking for the most recent call made and original pin number nothing. then I called their porting number and by passed customer service all together. got results!! the porting department will give you an account number they will send a email to you with a new pin number through email and provide your zip code. this information is needed to give to your new carrier. the number to call for porting 866-202-8222 ext. 837439. special thanks to Franklin , Reggie and Frankie. I'm now ported over to my new carrier.

We had multiple problems and got hung up on millions of times and then the next day we tried it again and this girl named Hazel helped us get it fixed thank you Hazel

I would give them a 1 star if I was a new user but I have had zero problems with straight talk in the past 7 years and recommended it to everyone until Verizon bought them out and took effect in my area around June 6th 2023. Now all the 1 star comments I am experiencing and I have cashed out all my points. My service is useless now but if I switch to Verizon I can have my service back according to Verizon users .Does this make since to anyone being it was a Verizon tower I was getting service from ? Sounds like typical big corporation crime to me . I will switch on principle and wait for the class action suit to start . To the white knights saying people complain because they are bad people ,remember to remain quite when it happens to you because you missed your chance to raise awareness .

I bought a $65 unlimited data plan and was unable to access the internet. I spoke with tech support several times over 2 days with no luck. Finally I was connected to a representative named Cora. She was able to get me connected to the internet within 5 minutes at most. She was professional and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience!! Thank you Cora!
