Veronica Beard – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have bought several items. I love them although they have needed some adjustments. They arrived quickly. However I have sent back an expensive jacket as it was too small. I have Not received a refund and no-one responds to my e. mails to customer services . I will definitely NOT purchase again. Jan Austin.

Will never purchase from this company ever again. Purchased an item and returned next day via UPS. Never received my refund. Can’t reach anyone at their customer service phone number. Almost feels like a scam. Horrible experience

DO NOT BUY from online site! If you have to return anything their SERVICE and timeline to refund is one of the WORST I’ve ever experienced!!! I sent back (the items that could actually be sent back) - read the fine print before purchasing, paid the Restock fee and it’s been 11 Business Days - total 15 days since I shipped back and have NOT been refunded a $1. Their “customer service “ said it’s been received but takes 10 business days before they will let me know if and what will be refunded!!! TERRIBLE, as VB clothes are nice but this brands team and policies are NOT. I’d stick to Nordstrom if you plan to buy and AVOID this website to purchase!!

I don't normally write reviews, and to be honest I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. I am from Australia so returning the dress was going to be problematic. So i have to share my sheer joy when the dress came; the quality was amazing- the cloth, design, workmanship was perfect. I am now the proud owner of one of the best dresses I have ever owned. The fit and how it feels is amazing. Can't wait to celebrate Christmas in this dress. So don't be put off by the bad reviews, as in my experience it simply wasn't the case.

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PRIOR REVIEW. I was finally contacted by phone and email by Bella in Customer Care. To my profound surprise and delight, Bella facilitated my exchange efficiently, even providing me with a free return shipping label. Within 2 days of receiving the original garments, the replacement ones were shipped to me. I have changed my review to 5 stars based on the care and concern exhibited by Bella at Veronica Beard. Although it took a little more time than I would have liked for my issue to be resolved, in the end Customer Care at Veronica Beard came through with flying colors and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. I have emailed three times and called three times. I even provided my phone number hoping to receive a call back. I was attempting to ask for a one-time exception to be made to the Final Sale policy. Two garments I purchased are cut too generously for my frame so I was hoping to exchange them for a smaller size. I was willing to pay for the shipping both ways. Clearly, placing an order over $800 does not entitle a loyal customer like me a response. I caution anyone who might take advantage of a sale on Veronica Beard's website: make sure you know the garment is going to fit. Otherwise you're SOL.
