Vimeo – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Vimeo still holds up to being the best site out there for hosting videos and embedding them on a third party website. You're still able to upload and stream videos at a high quality with better encoding than its main rival. Vimeo had the opportunity of becoming the largest video streaming site a few years ago, however that opportunity has long passed. Vimeo is great for commercial use, but that's about it. Going down the commercial and monetisation route, whilst it may have been a good business choice, pushed the rest of market away to Youtube. If you go to the front page even now, all it shows is pricing, which might appeal to video streamers, but not the audience that would watch them. The tools provided to edit videos could do with a revamp. It's a bit of a mixed bag, because from a businesses prospective or streamers prospective, its a wonderful platform, but from most other peoples prospective, it's just, average.

Durchaus ein spannendes Stück Internet. Im Gegensatz zu YouTube sieht man hier klar wo es um das kommerzielle geht, aber der Fokus liegt trotzdem mehr auf dem Teilen eigener Inhalte mit Qualität. Zudem muss für werbefreies Nutzen nicht der Zuschauer selbst zahlen, sondern nur der Uploader, was für Zuschauer eine kostenfreie angenehme Erfahrung ermöglicht.

5 stars for throwing Belfield of their platform. He and his followers confuse hate speech with free speech. They pile on individuals too for daring to stand up against their grifting messiah. It's a business , you break the T&Cs there will be come backs. Spare me your foil hat conspiracy theories. Roll on 4th July. Google it and see what your cult leader has been up to. Nothing wrong with vimeo if you stick to the rules.

Belfield didn't read Vimeos t&c and he breached them. He wasn't refunded because his 1st month with them was free. The comments left on here mean nothing. Vimeo is a great platform.

Well done Vimeo for cancelling Alex Belfield from your platform. Free speech is not hate speech. I posted comment on Alex Belfields youtube site and it was removed within 2 minutes. No free speech there!!.
