VIP Outlet – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I've ordered from VIP Outlet a few times. Each time, the item has been in excellent condition, and it shipped fast. The prices are great and sometimes you can get super lucky and get an item at almost 1/3 of its MSRP. I recommend this site to friends and family all the time.

I had a so-so experience, which turned into a GREAT one! I had an issue with my order. It was quickly addressed and I was offered a great resolution! Wonderful communication with seller, too!

I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website. There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller. Well done, Ariel
