Woolrich – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Well, this is a strange review. I bought a Woolrich TRTON Packable Windbreaker / Rain Jacket in Crinkle Nylon in 1989. I bought it to take with me on a four week honeymoon/fishing trip to the southeastern coast of Mexico. It performed beautifully. I just washed and pack it for another fishing trip 34 years later to the Outer Banks to surf fish and it is still as good as new. Everywhere I have gone with this jacket, extended camping/canoeing expeditions for nine days in the remote mountains of Appalachia in the US: to numerous coastal trips to Mexico, California, Europe, the Gulf and Atlantic coasts of Florida, deserts trip to Arizona and the rain forests of Oregon and Washington state: on fishing trips on my boat in the Atlantic, I have worn this jacket everywhere without babying it and it is still perfect. Everything about the jacket still works and is fine, zippers are great, the hood which zipped into the collar perfect, no holes in the pockets, everything is works. The only thing that time has effected, is the interior tag, with wash instructions and such, it has faded and is no longer is readable, although the tag is still there. Now thanks I am 70 years old I want to say it has been the perfect lifelong jacket. Just thought others would like to know. Love Woolrich clothing, thanks for the memories

I wish I had read these reviews before buying with them online. Returned over 2 weeks ago, now parcel held at customs for over 10 days, no response about my refund!

Item was stuck at customs, no ETA just status of ‘delayed’. When I called, a customer services assistant promised to update me on ETA, nothing happened though. 24 hours later I had to call again - they didn’t seem fussed that this was a hassle for the customer. Pretty underwhelming for a luxury brand. Order number WRUK_00098198

I’M WARNING PEOPLE NOT TO BUY WOOLRICH. I’VE BEEN BUYING WOOLRICH PARKAS AND COATS ALL MY LIFE, BUT THIS LAST BUY AND RETURN JUST OPENED MY EYES. WHAT A CROOKED COMPANY WOOLRICH IS WITH AN UNPROFESSIONAL ITALIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT’S IN ITALY NOW AND THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE IS JUST BEYOND BAD! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE NOT IN ANY WAY CAPABLE OF ANSWERING DIRECT QUESTIONS! I’VE BOUGHT AN EXPENSIVE WOOLRICH COAT FOR €790,- RECEIVED IT AND RETURNED IT! MY DHL TRACK AND TRACE SHOWED THEY RECEIVED MY RETURN ON THE 20th OF JANUARY 2023. AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT, I WAITED A WEEK BEFORE CONTACTING WOOLRICH BECAUSE NO REFUND WAS CREDITED ON MY CREDITCARD. THEY CONFIRMED THEY RECEIVED MY PARCEL AND TOLD ME THE DEPARTMENT THAT OVERSEES THE RETURN HAS A POLICY OF REFUNDING WITHIN 10 DAYS. SO ON THE 11TH DAY, I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD EMAIL THE DEPARTMENT THAT WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL DAYS AFTER NOTHING HAPPENED. IT WENT ON LIKE THIS FOR MORE THAN 6 WEEKS OF EMAILING AND CALLING THEM. THAN AFTER 6 WEEKS THEY TOLD ME THE PARCEL THEY RECEIVED HELD ANOTHER ITEM THAN THE WOOLRICH COAT I DEFINITELY RETURNED. SO NO REFUND! UNBELIEVABLE BUT TRUE! I’VE BEEN TRYING FOR THE PAST 8 WEEKS NOW TO GET MY MONEY! I ASKED THEM SPECIFIC QUESTIONS WHICH THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER! LIKE; WHY DID YOU WAIT 6 WEEKS TO NOTIFY ME THAT MY PARCEL HAD ANOTHER ITEM IN IT? THEY JUST WILL NOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION. I DEFINITELY BELIEVE THE COAT GOT STOLEN IN THE RETURN PROCES EITHER BY EMPLOYEES AT THE RETURN FACILITY ITSELF OR BY DHL EMPLOYEES (BECAUSE OF THE BIG ASS WOOLRICH STICKER YOU GOT TO PUT ON THE RETURN PARCEL IT’S OBVIOUS WHAT’S IN IT) I ASKED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE CONTACT INFORMATION OF THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION! I WILL NOT GET ANY CONTACT INFORMATION. THEIR SO CALLED INSURANCE POLICY DOES NOT FLY EITHER BECAUSE THE PARCEL WAS DELIVERED THEY SAY. I WILL NOT LET THIS REST OBVIOUSLY BUT I WANTED YOU PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF WHAT A SHADY COMPANY WOOLRICH HAS BECOME AND THE UNFRIENDLY SCAMMERS THAT ARE WORKING WITHIN WOOLRICH! JUST WANTED YOU TO BE WARNED NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! IF YOU DO, YOU’LL REGRET IT AS I DID! I’VE ALWAYS WORN WOOLRICH PARKAS, BUT I WILL NEVER EVER TOUCH THIS BRAND AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL MY WIFE AND CHILDREN! THOSE SCAMMERS JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER DUE TO THEIR DISRESPECTFUL AND BAD SERVICE!

Don't buy from Woolrich, at least not online. They have the worst customer service. They are unable to advice you on your order and on top of it, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the manager ,I was told she is in a meeting ..this woman must be extremely busy or just constantly on her break. It's a simple return that end up be a nightmare experience. The return has still not being dealt with and I don't believe, reading the reviews it will happen any time soon... My mistake was not have read the reviews before purchasing the jacket!

Don’t buy from aWoolrich Items are very pore quality and they don’t give you any guaranty on the items, they will only get you money and not refund or guaranty for those pre quality jackets

Politiche ti cambio taglia e attenzione al cliente sotto zero. Risposte dal customer care preconfezionate come se le problematiche fossero tutte riconducibili ad una domanda con risposta. Peccato mi sarei aspettato di più da un'azienda così. Sconsiglio vivamente se non volete fare di un acquisto uno snervamento per il quale avrete sborsato anche un pò di soldini. PESSIMI

Durability and quality second to none. Bought an Artic Parka for the winter and couldn't have been more happy.

Ordinata una t-shirt con consegna prevista dopo 1/2 giorni lavorativi dall'ordine... dopo 5 giorni lavorativi (=1 settimana dall'ordine) l'ordine risulta ancora in lavorazione (vedendo altre recensioni mi sono preoccupato e contatto l'azienda), la risposta e-mail del servizio clienti "La informiamo che l'ordine ***** è attualmente in fase di preparazione e ha subito un leggero rallentamento nell'allestimento presso il nostro magazzino. Le assicuriamo che verrà spedito a breve e al più presto riceverà un'email con il tracking per tracciare lo stato d'avanzamento della spedizione." Finalmente dopo una settimana arriva la conferma della spedizione con DHL, week-end di mezzo e viene consegnata il lunedì. Quindi, nel mio caso, ho dovuto pazientare ma la merce è arrivata come da ordine. Perfettamente impacchettata e tutto in ordine (taglia, modello, colore corretto). Per correttezza ho aggiornato la mia recensione da negativa a positiva.

Allora..scrivo perché voglio spezzare una lancia a favore di questa azienda che nel giro di qualche giorno mi ha fatto recapitare il pacco a casa tramite DHL Express!! E - aggiungo - senza alcuna spesa di spedizione visto che l'ordine superava i 50 euro. Tra l'altro ho potuto tranquillamente vedere il percorso del pacco e avere la possibilità di programmare un'altra data di consegna (solo il giorno, non la fascia oraria), cosa che ho subito fatto. DHL permette anche di poter scegliere tra uno dei diversi punti di ritiro, se una persona vuole andarlo a ritirare di persona, magari dopo il lavoro. Quindi consegna super!! Ma veniamo al pacco.. Anche qui nulla da eccepire: era tutto bello avvolto da una carta velina chiusa da un adesivo con il marchio del brand. E nella scatola vi era anche un biglietto di ringraziamento dell'azienda. Il prodotto da me acquistato, poi, è perfetto. Ho ordinato una calda camicia in misto lana a scacchi rossa e nera, scontata al 50%, che avevo tenuto d'occhio per mesi, in attesa di un super sconto (a prezzo pieno era troppo per le mie tasche), che poi è avvenuto!! In più ho anche potuto beneficiare del 10% di sconto perché era il mio primo acquisto. Ah, ho anche seguito il consiglio per la taglia da acquistare: top!! Io sarei una S ma siccome la camicia veste oversize loro consigliavano una taglia in meno, quindi una XS se volevo una vestibilità confort. E in effetti il capo mi calza a pennello!! Quindi sono soddisfatta sotto ogni punto di vista.
