Blue Nile Tracking Order Status

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Blue Nile. It was beautiful and the diamond was good quality. The positives stop there. We both purchased our wedding rings from Blue Nile. We were married in October of 2023, In January, my ring cracked all the way through the back so I had to return it for repair. A few months later, my husband’s ring broke and his had to be replaced. Blue Nile stands behind their quality so when I called customer service to question why both our rings broke in such a short time, I was told that it could be how we wore our rings. We both take our rings off when we work out, go into pools, etc. It seems to me like both our rings were of inferior quality and Blue Nile did not want to own up to it. They did repair and replace our rings but when questioned on their quality, they pointed the finger at us, their customers. After a month of battling with them, they finally sent us a gift card of $25 for our inconvenience. What a slap in the face. Really our head aches were only worth $25 to them. Needless to say we will not be purchasing any more jewelry from Blue Nile.

Blue Nile never disappoints and this past transaction was no exception. I had a custom marquise and dot rose gold wedding band made. The diamonds were upgraded and when it arrived I was blown away with the craftsmanship. I am super happy with this purchase and will continue to be a loyal Blue Nile customer.

I had a great experience with Blue Nile. She is obsessed with both her engagement ring and the wedding ring we picked out. The process was really intuitive and easy to build your own engagement ring. With Blue Nile, I know I'm getting a better value for the money than some of these other stores. Clarity, cut, and color are so important and it's nice you can pick out the individual diamond you want.

Bought 3 pairs of sterling silver earrings, to choose a pair for everyday use. all are beautifully designed, classic / timeless, and one set checked off all the boxes, upon trying them all on. I love that there are a couple of "notches" on the post, instead of one, so I can keep them a bit more snug. However, I lost one backing, swapped it out for one that's a tighter fit so it doesn't pop off when pulling off a sweater, etc -- that's one aspect that could be improved. Return was super easy & seamless. Definitely recommend!
