Bombas Tracking Order Status

Took the leap to buy these socks. unfortunately they are way too tight on my calf. But, the refund was one of the easiest things I've done. Price refunded and they told me to gift the socks.

I canceled my order because of delays in order leaving Bombas' office. My frustration was patently obvious in emails I sent to Bombas but Sebastian in CS was kind, professional and generously spirited. I wish Bombas well.

This is a wonderful and compassionate company. I have purchased my socks from them over the years and have always been more than satisfied with the products I received. I especially like the fact that for every pair of socks I purchase, this company donates a pair to those in need. I just ordered a bra from them and had to exchange it for a different size. Bombas told me not to return the bra but to keep it and donate it. They will send me a new bra at no extra charge. I know of no other company who does this but am so grateful for their generosity. I'm going to encourage everyone I know to purchase products from them.

I would like to leave a review on these socks, but I cannot find anywhere on your website where I can leave a review... This is the second pair of this particular model (Men's All-Purpose Performance Work Calf Socks) and already they are ruined. I bought the first pair in November and by March (only 4 months), they have a large hole in both heels. Bombas replaced them, and here we are in July (another 4 months), and the socks have another large hole in both heels. Socks are not being over-worn, and I have the correct size. I have other Bombas socks, mostly seem to be lasting ok. I think there must be a design flaw with this particular pair. Best guess? Heel material too thin coupled with the compression portion of the sock above and below the heel putting additional stress on the heel fabric. I do not want these socks replaced, only to have holes in them in another 4 months. I simply want bombas and other customers to be wary of a poor design/product.

Great socks but they are expensive and only offer discounts to new customers. I believe it would be better business practice to give returning customers coupons as well. This is my biggest gripe with the company itself not necessarily the socks.
