Cigars Tracking Order Status

The company is a bit dishonest in advertising with offering promotional codes which do not work and isn't known until you've spent time adding items to your cart and checkout. They make promotional claims of offering a discount when joining their mailing list, which they do not provide. I've contacted them several times requesting the discounts the advertised in their marketing emails, which again they do not honor. I've asked them many times to remove me from their mailing list and they just send more and more emails. Just another spam collection email list of false promises. Products are at least real.

I ordered my first 6 cigars quite different to all the other reviews I got my cigars, I enjoyed my cigars and I ordered 20 more Friday, this company sofar is great, no problems with “verification” no problems with “shipping” products sent as said. Don’t know how everything went wrong with you guys but sofar i stand by this company,

Ordered my first box of cigars. It went against my local shop that I would order online. I found the quality of the product received exceptional. Humidity and quality better than my local store. I’m a cigar snob but will use cigars.com. Price breaks and quality service and product.

The only reason for two stars is that they apparently have a good selection. Otherwise, they are unable to fulfill orders correctly or even acknowledge the order. I have placed two orders recently (5/26/2022) and the first order they could not fill it accurately and I was told that the "special offer" wasn't available. I ordered correctly and they said so, just "not available". The second order was ordered next day air and wasn't acknowledged for two days. I canceled because when I called they said they could ship it in the next day (would have been 6 days total from needing next day. They are awful and managed horribly and just riding the wave of the cigar trend. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
