DOROTHY PERKINS Tracking Order Status

I ordered a Dorothy Perkins dress via Debenhams,it’s wasn’t any good so I sent it back 3 weeks ago . The trouble I have had getting my refund ,it was supposed to have gone in my bank on the 26th October,nothing. I have sent numerous emails,messenger txts and you get the same automated response back , no personal replies. They’ve now said wait until 1st November,sorry it’s my money !!! I doubt whether it will show on my banking, there will be hell to play if not .There’s not even a phone number to contact them ,just automatic generated messages!!! Once I have eventually received my refund,I am deleting the App and never shopping with Debenhams/Dorothy Perkins and I shall put the word out to others too

Posted shoes back on 11th Oct, (DUX021614137) received an email on 18th saying my refund has been processed and should be in my bank by today (25th). It is not there. I have contacted customer support via WhatsApp and have been told that they have to contact their finance team for a refund transaction so that I can follow this up with my bank and this could take a further 5 days. I have been a customer of DP for many years but will seriously consider if I buy from them again. My past experience has been very good. I can’t understand why I have to follow up where a refund has gone. Really not acceptable in these times of financial difficulties. One very unhappy customer. I have now updated the star review as Fiona sorted my refund and I have it in my bank. Thank you for that. Maybe the customer service staff should be able to access the same computer software that allowed Fiona to see the refund had failed. It would have saved a lot of time.

I contacted their customer service via message, so they responded promptly can’t fault them in this regard. However, the quality is bad and refunds are taking too long for no reason, which is unacceptable and I most likely will not be shopping with them again. In response to the reply posted by DP, regardless of your terms and conditions the refund processing times are outrageos - 15 plus 7 days if you pay with credit card, that’s 22 days, is this a joke lol

Great fast efficient friendly contact with Karla today. Problem addressed and dealt with perfectly. Alot of companies out there should take a leaf out of Dorothy Perkins customer service excellence. Thankyou Karla x
