MasterClass Tracking Order Status

I would like to thank Arron who got the position at Chase Community School I started as a Temp but pushed the School for permanent and I ended having a Full time permanent Place I can not thank enough to him, he is a really good Consultant and always checks how you are doing. The courses were interesting, the support was very helpful and competent.

Despite my better judgment, I fell for the superficial appeal of Masterclass. The video content is beautifully produced. The classes are average. What you pay for is the expertise of industry leaders with name recognition. This can be a thoughtful gift or a small investment for someone who can afford it. I would not recommend it to an individual on a budget. They entice you with the 30-day risk-free guarantee but don't tell you that they charge for an annual subscription upfront. Thankfully, the support I received upon requesting a refund was prompt and helpful. Masterclass is not a scam, but they are clever in their marketing. My suggestions to the company are to offer a genuine try-before-you-buy experience for people who need to fully assess the value of the product before purchasing it. One-minute trailers and vague course curriculum lists do not provide enough information to make an informed decision. Additionally, it should be made clear on the plan selection page that the user will be charged the full amount for a recurring annual subscription upfront rather than in small monthly installments.

I honestly thought it was a huge waste of time and money. I didn’t do my homework so it’s on me. The app didn’t always work. I thought the information was shallow at best.

They responded quickly and took care of the matter on the same day. I’m very happy with the response I received. Although I did not receive the initial email in February, stating that my auto renewal was about to take place (probably because it went to my spam account) and I didn’t receive it, the company did respond to my auto renewal charge which I received today and refunded my visa account 100% of the entire amount. Thank you for responding quickly and taking care of this matter. I also am not interested in any further auto renewal charges and could not get into my MasterClass account so my hope is that they remove any future auto renewals. I’ve emailed that request to MasterClass, as well. Thank you for refunding all of my money.
