Quite a good range of clothing, reasonably priced. But the service was shocking. There were two people on and neither did less than the very bare minimum to speak to me. But we're more than happy to chat to each other. I really felt like I was a gross inconvenience and was a deeply unpleasant experience. If you really don't like your job and find customers that boring, please find something else to do.

Very fast shipping. The hiking boots were the perfect size even a little bigger which is perfect. Gives me room to put on big socks. I ordered size 7 US. They are great quality and very comfortable. Exceeding my expectations.

I found the item I was looking for (a suitably styled baseball cap) straight away, and at a very good price, compared with other shops nearby.

I buy quite a lot online from Mountain Warehouse, they have a wide range of products and delivery time is always good. However for me what really stands out is their efficiency at refunds and returns. Whether I take them back into store or online I am not kept waiting for refunds as other companies do. It’s an important part of the customer experience for me and that is why I return time and time again to buy from here.

I bought a pair of Nordic walking poles from MW a couple of months ago. I've had lessons, so I am using them properly, but the rubber tips on them wear through in less than 50 miles of use, (you can get far harder wearing replacements on Amazon for £1 each) and the stitching on the straps which hold them to your hands lasts maybe 100 miles. They are useless as Nordic poles once the stitching goes. Customer service are however excellent. I'm about to get my second set of replacements with very little fuss. If you want disposable Nordic walking poles, these are the ones for you. You can however buy something a lot more hardwearing for very little more.
