She went above and beyond! She immediately sent me a new one without me sending the damaged one back! Wow! I’ve never experienced that! Kudos to Cristin! I discovered that it was 65% off on another website. I was honest with my findings when I called customer service and they kindly quickly and willingly worked as hard as they could to ensure that my order was canceled so that I could get the best price on my items, despite it not being directly through their site.
