First time delivered mattress was slightly damaged, but they sent a new one a week later with no hassle, also bought the bedding set the duvet, pillow cases, sheet and mattress topper were of high quality, but the pillows are rubbish, I think they’re are filled with off cuts from where they make the mattresses

Great mattress a little firm but not hard, sleeping much sounder without waking with aching shoulders and hips. With the 60% offer great value and quality.

The website was user friendly, easy to place order and pay. The correct product arrived on time.

The delivery was prompt beds went together well. Beds are brillant SO comfy at first they seem a bit soft but you get used to it. Neck ache totally disapeared, back ache greatly improved. We do feel a bit warm sometimes the mattress does make us generate heat but thats the only down side. Excellent product

Check out was awkward, couldn’t pay in full. free credit came up so ended up taking credit for 3 months instead of making full payment. I suppose it’s handy but didn’t really want it.
