Pure Talk Tracking Order Status

Having difficulty managing data without unlimited, it seems the dollars I have to add takes away from my savings being with this company. Not able to talk to Supervisors is frustrating.

Pure talk advertised a free MOTO phone to sign up. I received the phone but due to miscommunication, exceeded the 30 days to begin service after receipt. As a result, Pure Talk charged me the entire retail amount for the phone. Free wasn't free at all. I will be going with another carrier.

Reliability matches or exceeds previous Verizon carrier. Have not experienced any more “no service” areas than I had with previous carrier in areas travel throughout the southeast. The price and reliability makes PureTalk a model for other carriers to follow.

I love the great prices and good service, but support is somewhat lacking. Since I started with PureTalk, some of my apps will no longer work. technical support was not able to resolve problem.

I like the price and the customer service, I have had trouble with texting randomly not sending and not being able to receive texts on two occasions now, and phone calls just randomly dropping, other then that I like it but those two things have been concerning
