Rebag Tracking Order Status

I've only ever had very positive experiences with Rebag. That being said, these reviews are concerning and now have me questioning the authenticity of past purchases. I have to say that I will now be thinking twice before making another purchase with them. Fashionphile seems to be the safer alternative.

I recently made my first purchase from Rebag, a Vuitton duffle. The description graded its condition as "good" so I expected a few scratches and abrasions, but it arrived today (seven days after I ordered it) and I would definitely grade it higher, at least "very good". It is in excellent shape with no damage whatsoever, no smell, looks to only have been used a few times and never subjected to airport baggage handlers.

I have loved all bags purchased from them, but every time I have sold them a bag, they send me a "new" offer for a little bit less than their already low offer. WHY? All were accurately described. Sometimes it's like only $30 lower from a $5k offer. what's the point? to alienate your sellers?

I have purchased a few bags from Rebag and have always had a great experience. I returned an item without any issues as well, so I'm surprised at these reviews.

I was a little scared it was my first time selling anything online. Everything went so smooth I received a quote right away along with a shipping label via email. My Gucci bag was received the next day after I shipped it! It took a few days and my funds were transferred to my bank. I would definitely use them again for buying and selling!
