Reiss Online Tracking Order Status

Always the best quality clothes and the customer service. I had a minor issue with a recent order being returned and the customer service i received online was excellent.

I ordered from Reiss 5 peices to Greece. It came quite fast (around 10 days), unfortunately, I had to returned it. 5 stars are not for the quality of the products (for so high price, they were not wow quality, which is pity, because if they were, I would probably keep the 2). 5 stars are for the Customer service, which was always helpful on the chat. Ok, they ordered courier, which never came so I managed the return by myself, but nevermind! There is always space for improvement! I was just afraid about the return, that I will never see my money back. But they returned them quite fast. So even I didnt keep any clothes, I was quite happy with the service and return.

Went into Reiss at Westfield Stratford on a whim that evening. Had been dreaming about a trouser suit for years but wasn't really in the mindset for treating myself and I usually actually don't like shopping. The shop assistants were absolutely lovely. Knowledgeable, attentive, fun. I honestly can't remember ever having such a great time. I walked out with my dream trouser suit and a big big smile on my face. I take my hat off to the staff, this is how it's done. These jobs are not easy and it's important to honour when they're done exceptionally well, I feel. A special thanks to Izabela. On February 2023 I wrote a review complaining about Reiss customer service, regarding an exchange I needed to make for a jacket I bought to my husband . Well customer service reached me, and even though they have a 28 day return policy and I had purchased it 10 months before ( the jacket still had the tag and wasn’t wore ) they accepted the return and I was able to buy him a different size of the same jacket. I want to thank especially Jane and Harriet who exchanged with me more than 20 emails regarding this issue. I am happy with the solution

I brought a pair of swim shorts from Reiss for my holiday. They are the light mint green pair. Although looking at this colour, it did go through my mind that going see through was a possibility however because I was spending reasonable money and they where from a company that prides itself on quality clothing, I trusted they would be fine. Needless to say they were not. They have put the netting in like all swim shorts but even this did not work and getting out of the sea on day one, I gave the people on the beach, more than they paid for, and I got much less then I paid for. The frustrating thing of it all is that swim shorts have one job and despite the money paid, they didn’t do the job. The 2 star rating is for the fact, they fit really well and look great when they are dry!
