UPERFECT Tracking Order Status

So i decided to buy an amazing monitor that is 200 USD, it is qled/500nits/dci-p3. With current discount seemed to be a great option. But they contacted saying it is out of stock, offering a more expensive but worse alternative that is srgb and only 250nits ... After asking when the QLED will be in stock, they said that "We do not produce it anymore". However they still sell it on their website! Dirty business luring people with products the do not produce and then upselling with worse alternative, big disappointment...

Ordered a 17 inch portable monitor and received it within reasonable time. So no complaints.

Great experience with customer service when I received a faulty monitor, clear advice on steps to fix it and a swift upgrade to a different model that was more suited to my needs.

After relatively long communication with UPERFECT customer support they proved they learn and can find solutions to keep their customer satisfied. In my previous review I complained about their customer support, difficulties in communication and quality of one of their products. Once they learnt where and what the problem is they offered a new and better model for the fraction of the price, delivered it in very short time and even added a surprise, a very smart monitor stand. So, yes, I feel confident to increase their rating to 5 stars.

I ordered a 18.5 inch monitor with a stand. I recieved the stand first and a week or so later I got the monitor, which works just fine.
