I decided to get the Citrus Yao Shampoo bar & love the scent of the bar as well as the lather. My hair feels very clean but now notice how dry and straw like my hair feels. Not sure if another one would be more beneficial for my hair type.

I decided to try this shampoo and conditioner,( bought the trial size) because of my very dry scalp. I went on vacation to Costa Rica, and when I got back, I decided to try it! I had been in the sun and salt water, my hair was an absolute dry mess. It’s also been coloured so and onto to that. I could not believe that these two pieces of soap, were going to do anything for me. Well holy cow, the amount I used from the shampoo was a small amount, but it did the job. It smelled great, easy to use, and the packaging absolutely fantastic…like literally small cardboard round/ box. I move onto the conditioner, it was absolute bliss, it went on so nicely, and I could feel how soft it was while running my hand through. I gave my hair a good rinse, and used a hair wrap. I did not put anything else in my hair after, my hair was so soft, smooth, no flyaways..I could not get over it! I am so excited to buy more for my family. I absolutely love the fact that there is no plastic. It’s the best feeling when you finally find an outstanding product like this! You should absolutely try the mini shampoo and conditioner! I usually come here to find out about vendors and it's usually bad....this one is GREAT! The shampoo and conditioner bars work to revive your hair growth and I like the Terrace Garden scent...floral. Worked so well for me I gave a bar to my son-on-law and he noticed new growth within a week. Now I've never requested a refund so I don't know about customer service. I just know they work and arrive in a timely manner.

I had bought from Viori for the first time after reading good reviews about their products. I’ve been searching for a product that isn’t too harsh in my hair and that would have added benefit with helping it be more healthy and that my scalp won’t perhaps be allergic to or that would have my dandruff returns. It’s important to know a few things: I wash my hair every other day, I have recurring dandruff, my hair falls out when washing but not alarming (about normal for mid length hair). The first few times using it, about two weeks so a total of four washes, my hair felt great. It smelt it looked great. However, after that fourth time I started to notice that my hair was falling out more and I had chalked it up to my hair getting used to the new product. However it didn’t get better and I started to notice dry patches on my scalp. Again chalked it up to new products. I’ve used it for another two times before I had to completely stop. My hair was falling out way more than I’ve ever seen in the shower and the dry patches developed into a full blown dandruff with an itchy scalp. I’ve completely stopped using the product and have started back on my old routine and trying to calm my scalp down again. I’m not sure what I’m the product trigger the reaction. Not saying the product isn’t good or that it’s all horrible. It might not just be for those with more sensitivities. I bought the product on the 25th of December and it was delivered around the 1st of January, I completely stopped using it on the 22nd of January.
