Reebok – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I've ordered Reebok Classic nylons a few times from the Reebok website and never had any issues, I always love the shoes. I did have an issue with the latest pair but Catarina in the customer service team was amazing and quickly resolved my issue. Thanks!

An sich hatte ich bei der Rücksendung nicht die Probleme, wie einige andere Personen in den Kommentaren. Zum Retourenvorgang: Ich konnte die Retouren online nicht anklicken. Aufgrund dessen habe ich mich telefonisch beim Service gemeldet und mitgeteilt, welche Schuhe ich zurück schicken will. Dies wurde für mich erledigt und ca. 30 Minuten später habe ich eine Mail mit dem Rücksendeetiket erhalten. -> lief ohne Probleme und der Service war korrekt. Rücksendung: Verschickt wurde das Paket per Hermes, die Rücksendung ging allerdings nur per UPS. Bei UPS muss man das Rücksendeetiket (anders als beispielsweise bei DHL) selbst ausdrucken. Des weiteren sind UPS Annahmestationen echt eine Seltenheit. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. Meine Rückerstattung seitens Reebok habe ich nach 3 Werktagen erhalten.

Ich habe die schlechten Bewertungen erst nach meiner Bestellung gelesen und hatte dann Angst, dass etwas schief läuft, aber es war alles super. Ich habe zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt und die kamen nach 4 Tagen an. Leider waren beide zu groß und ich musste sie zurück schicken über UPS. Das ging auch reibungslos, nach 5 Tagen war meine Rechnung auf Klarna beglichen.

Legit one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. We had a ridiculous mix up (my fault) where I had 2 brands of shoes to return and I accidentally put the same shipping label on both boxes. So I ended up sending my On Running return to the Reebok warehouse. Not only did someone personally call me, take my case on as their own, resolve it in less than 24 hours but they also sent me another label to send back their shoes (despite me having used up the return shipping for the wrong pair) and are shipping me back my shoes. All this and we didn't even end up purchasing from them. We did buy the same shoes in the size we needed from another vendor though, because I would have felt guilty. Again in this day and age I didn't think it was possible to receive decent service from a company this size ESPECIALLY when they had nothing to gain from it. We'll be repeat customers for sure. We were dealing with the customer service in Italy, if that makes a difference. And shout out to Irene for being amazing. Thank you!!
