Zoro – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Excellent customer service, placed honesty and resolution above all else. I have purchased from Zoro about 5 times, starting about 7 years ago. My first purchases were well over $500 (7 years ago), and the incorrect item was shipped, however, everything was immediately resolved, and I was saving easily 30% over other merchants. Fast forward to 2023 order, the FedEx envelope with $60 worth of handles arrived torn open and empty; Zoro resolved without any issues immediately. And in all cases, customer service answered after a few rings with English speaking US based assistance.

All the negative reviews gave me pause, but I decided to order a toilet from Zoro anyway because it was over $100 less than Amazon. After I placed the order, I was offered a 20% discount on my next order. I needed a second toilet, but I hesitated in case something went wrong with the first order. I emailed Zoro to see about its return policy and received an immediate reply that if I wasn't completely satisfied I could return it and they'd cover shipping. My confidence in the company increased when I learned it worked with a local, respected plumbing supply company. Then I read that it had achieved a billion dollars in sales, so it obviously wasn't a scam outfit. The toilet arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. So I ordered the second discounted toilet, which arrived even quicker. I then purchased a plumbing tool, which didn't work out, and returned it (shipping prepaid) with no questions asked. I won't hesitate to buy from Zoro again!

Decided to take a chance on this company, despite some iffy reviews because the price was so good. Glad I did. My Dupont faucet filters arrived THE NEXT DAY, exactly as described. Will order from them again.

With my 17 years of business, I never dealt with such customer service, this company is outstanding. Lightning fast shipping and when the product didn't fit my truck, I contacted them and requested a refund, they sent it within hours plus they asked me to keep the part!!! Unbelievable!! I'm honestly shocked by their integrity and the honest way in dealing with customers. I'm very impressed, you got a customer for life.

I ordered a timer motor for my pool pump. It was defective. I called Zoro and they immediately offered a refund or a replacement part. Price of item was good, shipping was fast and customer service was efficient and friendly.
