Denon Tracking Order Status

I like Denon's avr's in terms of features and ease of use BUT their quality is really supect and their customer support is really bad and would get 1 star. I've got a 10 month old receiver that went out and after 5 weeks came back from repair and blew up again after I plugged in my speakers. I had a person come out and inspect all my wiring and speakers as well as running multiple tests and everything was ok. To prove my point to Denon I went out and bought another new receiver and it worked just fine. I tried escalating my case to no avail. They refused to replace the unit and promised me a new repair and ship label. Over 3 days nothing. I called and the rep told me he saw nothing in the system for the request, then said he found it but for some reason it was not processed. I had to demand to talk to a supervisor which at first was told was not possible but with a continued effort I was finally transferred. The supervisor said he did not know why my second repair request had not been approved yet but committed (like other failed attempts) I would have a label by end of the day. We will see!!!!! Should not be this difficult. UPDATE: I never heard back as promised but after 3 weeks of waiting and many calls I finally got my label.

What can I say. I am only basing this review on their DJ equipment side of things. I have used Denon DJ gear for years, that includes their high end mixers and headphones. Never had an issue and the gear is quality!

Tengo un equipo N7 desde hace 10 años. Como bien se comenta por aquí, cuando lo puse en marcha en el año 2012, pude registrarme en Radiodenon e introducir mi número de equipo, sin pagar nada, y a partir de ahí escuchar la radio por Internet. Desde entonces ha funcionado perfectamente, hasta que desde hace unos meses no me funciona bien el acceso a Internet. Ya no he intentado llevarlo a reparar puesto que mucho me temo que me dirán que "es un modelo muy antiguo y ya no se encuentran placas de recambio". He comprado otro usado del mismo modelo y efectivamente ahora hay que pagar una cuota anual para tener radio por Internet. Mal. Muy mal. Los de Denon se excusan diciendo que no es culpa de ellos, pero si quisiesen podrían enviar actualizaciones de firmware para redirigir a otra página distinta de vTuner. Suspenso para Denon.

Ich hatte mehrfach telefonisch Kontakt mit dem Support. Ich kann nichts negatives vermelden. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr kompetent und bemüht meinen Fehler an dem DRA 800H zu beseitigen. Nach zweimaligen Einsendungen war das Gerät wieder wie gewohnt einsatzbereit.
