Très bon site !

Le site hollister est assez simple d’utilisation, les articles proposés sont certes chers, mais très beaux et de bonne qualité ; donc un très bon rapport qualité prix ! En ce qui concerne les commandes, je n’ai jamais vraiment eu de problème : je reçois toujours ce que je commande et dans les délais, voire parfois plus rapidement que prévu !! Seul bémol : le fait que l’on doive payer 5€ les retours (assez embêtant lorsqu’on n’habite pas à côté d’une de leur boutique car elles sont peu présentes en France) et qu’il faut un minimum d’achat pour avoir la livraison gratuite (mais vu le prix des articles, il est facile de l’avoir) Je recommande vivement !

Bon SAV

Satisfait du SAV, réactif et qui rembourse facilement (quand on a un magasin dans sa ville). Taille bien et design sympa, promos récurrentes et intéressantes. Cependant je trouve que la qualité a baissé et les prix montés. J'ai des pantalons achetés en 2017 que je porte encore et 3 qui sont morts en moins d'1 an en 2023.
